The Banquet Hall or Pole Barn will be set up the day before for your review.
The Banquet Hall is equipped with climate control, electrical, refrigerator/freezer, and bluetooth ready sound system.
Up to 16 round guest tables that seat 8 guests each.
Five 6 foot rectangle tables available for use.
Decorative Door Background & Couch available for guest of honor.
Ivory, white, and black floor length linens available to rent for $15 each (other colors available with advanced notification).
Set up and break down all tables, chairs, and linens after your event.
Monday through Friday & Sunday (Off Season December-February) - $100 an Hour (4 hour minimum)
Monday through Friday & Sunday (In Season March-November) - $150 an Hour (4 hour minimum)
Off Season Saturdays - (December-February) $150 an Hour (4 hour minimum)
In Season Saturdays - (March-November) $200 an hour (4 hour minimum)

We encourage production companies to feel free to be creative. We have 26 acres, spectacular views, a large old barn, 2400 sq. ft. house, a waterfall, cave, and a 3200 sq. ft. building that is open to any set design possibilities. We have plenty of room to tell your story.
